Relate is an international design studio in one of the fastest-growing spaces right now. We build and support brands, develop products that shape the infrastructure of the new internet. We partner with companies building technology that empowers users and moves the internet forward. That includes web3, AI, robotics, SaaS, FinTech, and beyond. Our clients include Mysten Labs, Sui Blockchain, Crypto.com, Jupiter Exchange, Solana Foundation, Web3Auth, Babydoge, and 200+ tech companies from more than 60 countries.

Our team is 20+ people, fully remote and spread across Spain, Belgium, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Israel, Georgia and more. Our working language is Russian, but we're open to English-speaking applicants as we're building a bilingual environment. Despite being remote, Relate is all about close communication, shared interests, exchanging knowledge, and having each other's backs. We stay connected through Discord, Google Meet, and Telegram, run team workshops, hold retros, and invite guest speakers.
We're looking for a self-sufficient designers who can own projects end to end, from early research and discovery all the way to concept, execution, and final delivery. You should be able to generate strong concepts, bring creative thinking where it matters, and skillfully bring your ideas to life using the right tools and mediums for the job. Great attention to detail and great taste are essential. We're looking for designers who already create, or at least strive to create, sharp, memorable, award-level design. We want AI-native designers who are constantly exploring new tools and integrating them into their daily practice to expand what's possible and boost efficiency.
